Media study

From the Media Studies - the essential introduction for AQA-, Noam Chomsky gives me an interesting perspective about classes in society (based on the information in US). but I think that seems like the society in Thailand. 

- He said that society is made up of two different classes of people.

- The top 20 per cent represents the professional class.

- The remaining 80 per cent represents the worker class.  

How the society work?

It is going to be OK>> when the top 20 per cent of the population are satisfied and the 80 per cent of the population are happy. 

What would happen?

It matches with the concept "BREAD AND CIRCUSES" perfectly.

And do Thai people know this?  I don't think so.
